For PNP applicants who have received ITA before nomination

I believe there must be many people who received ITA before PNP nomination recently.
I'm wondering how many people just abandoned PNP, and not care.

I applied OINP last year February, I'm a CEC applicant, still have not received nomination.

For the effort and time spent, is it fair to not receive any closure?

(Nowadays) You'll get a faster PPR with non-PNP ITA. Consider yourself lucky that you haven't got the PNP ;D
