just wanna thank everyone who is in this forum for giving and sharing our experiences and ideas to help one another..

it's already a week since an AIR21 messenger picked-up our application... according to him po, kung me problem ung application in less than 1wk time ibabalik nya un, kc based daw po sa experiences nya dito sa area namin eh ganun po ang nangyayari, i'm glad po it's already a week at di xa naman xa bumalik (at sana nga wala talagang problem with our application).. sabi po nya from pick-up of application to visa releasing, xa ang magdedeliver sa amin... i know po, it is still a long way to go... basta i kept on praying po and believing that if this is really for us, with God's grace and in God's time,, we will have it... good luck po sa ating lhat at marami pong salamat!

You're welcome. Ganun din naman ako nung nagforum ako. actually, nagtataka nga ako kasi hindi nagmmsg yung nagstart ng thread na ito. hahaha. Don't worry too much. baka mastress ka masyado. Sasabihin naman ng embassy kung may kulang or kung kailangan ng clarifications dun sa application mo. Like you, November lang naging skilled yung asawa ko kaya nag apply ako January lang since nagpaalam pa ako sa work and kelangan pa ng madaming turn over.

I believe that it is God's heart that a family should be together. Kaya pray lang tayo. Let's do our part in completing the requirements, pray always and leave everything to God. God bless us all!

hello guys,, naforward na sa CEM yung medical results ko last july 18,2011.. sana po tuloy tuloy na toh and maapprove npo visa ko so that mkasama ko na hubby ko..huhu... im so happy kala ko mgttgal pa yung medical ko dun sa clinic...huhuuhu

!!!, anybody na pinaulit ang x-ray sa nationwide? pinapaulit ang x-ray ng daughter ko, sabi daw ng radiologist, hayy bakit kaya, balik kami sa monday, sana wala namn problem,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, GOD, please help us !!!



dapat daw within one week makabalik kung di forward na nila sa embassy at magiging incomplete ang medical namin, un ang nakalagay sa text ng nationwide..........

Wala po sample invitation letter na makikita you have to make it on your own personalized cya that is what i did in my case.. kahit simple letter lang will do.. makakatulong din kung yung letter ay panotarized kasi in my case affidavit ang pinass ko from my spouse tapos pina notarize namen..

well in my case nagsama ako ng proof of funds ko at proof of funds ng husband ko pero according sa iba hindi naman daw ngmamatter yung funds mo since spousal open work permit it means mas matimbang kung yung spouse na asa canada ang may funds na marame.

in my case yung initial application ko sinama ko marriage contract NSO copy, application form, affidavit from my husband( personalized to), proof of funds, passport, educational records ko, LMO and work permit ng husband ko.. tapos ngsend sila saken acknowledgement at medical request at questionnaire all at once, tapos yun sinubmit ko proof of relationship ko kasabay ng questionnaire example of which are pictures, emails, policies, cds, videos,cards, remittance etc.

if you want to see further examples browse mo nalang other sagot ng mga ibang taga forum nasa earlier part ng forum na to..

8 weeks processing ng spousal work permit nadedelay lang depende sa visa officer at sa mga requirements from the applicant.
required na meron at least 6 months or more na validity ang work permit ng spouse before ka magapply

meron talagang mga case na ganyan baka malabo lang yung xray nyan wag ka masyado mgworry.. yan din ba yung daughter mo na hindi agad ngpaurinalysis?

follow nyo nalang instructions ng nationwide and it will be fine..

balitaan mo nalang kame sa update ng application mo goodluck to all of us... sana dumating na visa ko wala na saken ang bola antay ko nalang result ng application ko

hi, nung nagtanong ako sa CEM sabi nila ang minumum time of processing is 8wks, pero un nga po, pde pa rin syang madelay depende sa officer na hahawak ng application.. nung nakausap ko po ang CEM ang 3 most important documents na need nila is ung LMO ng husband, Work Permit ng husband (still valid for 6 months) at employment contract..ang proof of funds, it will help i guess pero since open work permit po tayo ok rin lang po kung talagang wala, pero sa study permit po ang alam ko po required sya, un pong proof of funds ng spouse na nasa canada... pero ito po ung mga sinubmit namin...

tapos un pong application letter ko... wala na po akong sinubmit na invitation letter, un na lang po employment certificate nya ang isinama namin...

In God's grace, magto-2 wks na po namin nasubmit ang application namin, at ang sabi po nung courier na nagpick-up ng application namin, based daw po sa experience nya, kung me kulang or ibabalik ang application wala pa daw po 1wk nakabalik na un.. eh sa awa naman po ni Lord, d pa naman po bumabalik,, sana nga po ok na ung mga supporting documents namin at sana nga po makareceive na rin kmi ng MR soon...

I hope nakatulong sa inyo itong information ko... lahat naman po ng form nsa website na.. me mga guide din po dun... at kung naguguluhan po kayo, i suggest po tawag din kayo sa call center ng embassy, malaking tulong din po iyon.. goodluck po sa ating lahat!...

hi, ung sa amin kc spousal open work permit for me at study permit for my daughter ang apply namin.. it can be if you are currently a skilled worker in Canada, ung sa amin kc, kakaskilled lang papers ng husband last May kya ngaun lang kmi nakaapply,,,, for the last 2yrs kc, low-skilled ung permit nya.. if we have the same case, this is what we've done, nag-fill-up lang ako ng application forms, application for work permit made outside Canada ung sa akin at study permit application ung sa anak ko, nasa website un ng Canadian Embassy, tapos naggather lang ako ng mga requirements at supporting documents to prove that we are really related with my husband.. andun din naman sa website ung mga list of documents na kelangan, after maaccomplished ko lahat, i called up embassy for the pick up of our application... in my case, di na ako gumamit ng agent to help me for the application,, ako na lang ang nakipagcoordinate sa Embassy, mababait naman sila, ituturo nila sau ang gagawin... so the best thing para maclarify mo lahat, tawag ka or ung spouse mo sa call center ng CEM...

Hi!ask ko lang panu pala ung pagpapadala ng documents kasi ako ska ung 2 kids ko magaapply do i have to submit it separately as in one envelope for each application or puede na 3 envelopes pero pagsasamahin ko na lang sa isa pagsusubmit ko?
