Do all the forms done by the sponsored person need to be Originakl signatures?? or can they just be scanned and emailed then printed??? Its so hard to send original documents across countries!!

Also, the dates on Part 1 (sponsor) and Part 2 ( sponsored person) are obviously different and one month apart...is that ok?? do VO look at dates and wuestion why a part was done way before another part???

each region have different requirements some want photocopy of certain documents others want original which will be returned at the end. and yes it needs to be orginal signature u can make a photocopy and keep for ur records

what is your VO?

Some people choose to do them together if they are together others complete them individually so no there shouldn't be a question as to why they are dated a mth apart what if the sponsored person has to send them to you

They're not going to have issues with dates that are not the same as the "normal" process for doing these applications would be that the sponsor sends the applicant's paperwork to them in the home country, the applicant fills out and signs and then sends everything back to the sponsor. The sponsor then completes their paperwork and submits the entire package to the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga. So application forms being filled out at different times is not a "red flag" for VOs.

I'm not even sure about original signatures . . . although there will be original documents that need to be sent to your sponsor in Canada, so I think they'd probably expect those things to be sent along with the original application forms (as opposed to faxed documents, etc.) Still don't think they'd reject an application form that was a fax or a copy. As long as they have originals of the documents that are specified as having to be originals, I don't think it's an issue.
