For ontario ONIP Human capitals stream, do i need to inform both ontario province and ircc about my pregnancy or just ircc is enough?

I got notification of interest from ontario province under Human capitals stream and i already submitted my application under ontario province. I cake to know yesterday that iam pregnant. Do i need to inform ontario province about my pregnancy too? Or just ircc webform is enough?

If you got AOR for the federal part you need to inform IRCC, not the provincial.
