this question is region specific i wanna ask any moroccanhere how did he get the kash elahl certificate or copy of family booklet from ; i have been to many administrations but they keep telling me they dont know it . i dont know if only my family birth certificates will be ok ?

well,it's a great news that two friends of your's get their visa in between 4 and 6 months.
i'm waiting now for almost 6 months and never hear anything yet...Can you please tell us ,what kind of questions they ask about in the interview,or if their interviews was waived ?and please i want to know if and your spouse never been married and have no kids ,that makes the process easy ?please advise and thanks in advance

well my brother i don't know where to start but i will make it short for you so you can understand better ,here is what happens ,we sent our application to mississauga ,the sponsorship was approuved by 20 days later ,the papers was sent to rabat in august and they start processing in late august ,same month and now we are still waiting and no know what to do but to stay strong ,Allah open the doors for those who have Faith and patience in Allah....Good luck to you too brother ,and inchallah it will happen.anything you wanna ask feel free it's my pleausre to help as much as i can.thanks

well med you dont have to worry for cashf alahl , i think its only required in some area, i sent the forms and i added the stumped documents i didnt includ any casf alahl i got aproved and iam waiting for the interview, just dont bother your self we dont have any document called cashf alahl here in morocco i think this document only required in egypt

med you need to have your kasf elhal wiht you when you want get married. you have to get this from town you were born from their administration office

i would like to thank all of you for ur replies that really shows the sense of unity members feel in this forum i do like that . well about my question posted above here is what happened you might benifit from it too if u have the same case as me . in the document checklist specifically in question number 6 where they ask to provide a document called kashf alahl ; this document doesnt exists in morocco at all and as SO HELP said it might exist in other arab countries like egypt . so here in morocco you can submit something called family booklet instead of kashf elahl . this family booklet you can do it in the municipality where you were born and to do it they will ask for photocopy of ur wifes passport and her birth certificate . if you dont know what is this book about ; it is a simple family book that includes a page about you and a page about ur wife and some pages about you kids . i have found all this out just today. i have done a big trip from agadir where i work to sidikacem where i was born and i got this family booklet today . i have finished my file uffffffffffffff finally and am gonna send it to my wife tomorrow . hope all the best for all the brothers and sisters here .

med, you should really follow what your Adul tells you rather then go on a wild goose chase because some guy who doesn't even live in the same country as you suggested something on a message board.

I got married in Morocco and I've never heard of such a thing nor did we need it for immigration purposes.

Different countries different rules.

lesten a si med there is any document called cash alahl that you should include, i was just like you while preparing my forms to send them to my wife, the only documents i sent is marriage certificat translated to english or frensh, police record, birth sertificate translated to english or frensh, a copy of my id legalized every document is legalized in the foriegne menistry in rabat,
