applying to visa or university/collage?
if applying to college/university i think u still have some time to get ur admission application to the universities but u have to act fast. if its visa they recommend u should apply for visa atleast 3 months in advance of ur university start date, if u do before that i dont think there would be any problem ..but this is just my opinion.

Im there for May intake. For PhD @ Simon Fraser University. I have got the offer letter. I will apply for Visa in Feb. Hope it is OK
