Hi friends,

I am planing to do Internet Programming & Database Management (Co-op) includes two academic terms and two work terms from lambton Toronto campus, but i have heard that students will get a work permit for a period no longer than the length of our program of study.

Will I be able to get a PGWP for 3 year? or only 1 year?and is it very tough to get selected in ontario PNP?

Which is the better province to get PR through PNP with job offer except Saskatchewan?

Thanks.

Is that a 2 years program?
It's true that you will only be able to get a PGWP no longer than the length of the program.
And make sure it's full-time. Ask them if their students are been able to get a PGWP.
About the best province, I'd stay in Toronto if I were you. You could study and look for a job. Then you can apply for both FSW and CEC.

i dont really understand why is it so difficult for almost every other member here to understand time period for WP.
im not trying to bash you or something, but its very clearly written on their website.
if your study period is shorter less than 1 year, you will get WP for time period EQUAL to your study period. i.e, if u go for, say, an 8 months course, you will NOT get WP for more than 8 months!
if your study period is equal or more than 2 years, you MAY get WP 2 or more years depending on your profile. i.e, say, you go for a 2 years Masters program you CAN get 3 years MAX WP time.
also the MAXIMUM time for WP is 3 years.
