For EE profile and PNP nomination

I am 35 years married with one daughter age 5 years. My CLB is 6. I am as dependent in the express entry pool and my wife is primary applicant with CLB 7 score. After creating my EE profile my CRS scores calculated was 314 only. She is working a Primary School Teacher and have NOC code 4032 with 3 years of English Teaching experience.

Currently, I see now is that only people with above 450 CRS scores are being selected for invitation.

Do I have any chance to get invitation or is there any other way such as PNP and how should I apply for the same which can help me get the invitation from Canadian Government for immigration.

These are the federal regular EE profile invites. RoI happen every 3-4 weeks.

Do I have any chance to get invitation or is there any other way such as PNP and how should I apply for the same which can help me get the invitation from Canadian Government for immigration.
Possibly if your trade or your wife's trade is in demand in one of the provinces.

My advise:
Don't bother about federal ITA. Focus entirely on PNP programs and see if you can get into any of the trades in demand. This is the only way for you to get ITA.

I do have another query, is it possible that being a dependent in EE profile can I apply for job in PNP provinces.

I have seen in Manitoba job related with my NOC codes of 2141 and 7311. I have score of CLB 6 in IELTS exam and have 11 years of total experience.

Please let me know the suitable options where i can apply and get a job offer from provinces in Canada
