I'm in Philippines and my boyfriend is canadian citizen but he's pure Filipino blood, our relationship starts October 2017 then he went here in Philippines for vacation last December then we live together until june 2018, we live together for almost 7mos. then he came back in canada and he wants to apply conjugal sponsorship, are we qualified with that? we're supposed to get married this nov. In canada but my visitor's visa was refused, we had joints account then asset under our name and we didn't get married during his vacation here because he's a transgender and you know here in Philippines not allowed to marry in the same sex. Are we qualified in conjugal sponsorship?
