Dear Friends

i recently visit a agent who told me the i can file PNP through Express entry. i have more then 8 year experience in accounts. and done post graduation. ielts 5.5 each

for this he asked me a fee of 2100$ appx which include express entry fee & Province fee & 800$ extra for some lawyer fee in canada.
does it ok, i have to go for that...????? help me

If your ielts score is 5.5 you cannot file EE.

NOC 1111 is not in SINP Demand list. So you can't apply for SINP OID sub category. It is the only category for which you are eligible with that type IELTS score. Without job offer and needs only 4.5 IELTS bands. You are not eligible for EE.
Check this related NOC which is in the list. If yes. Then everything will be allright.
