If you created job bank account pls try to update after jan 26th. i guess they only will update then.
just hold on until then
 
Hi,

Everytime I log into the Job Bank it asks me to confirm my EE Number and Job Seeker Code. On entering the relevant information it throws up an error saying that the EE Number is already in use. In addition to this if I try to do any other activity like a Job Search it takes me away from the site. Can you offer any guidance on my concerns.
