Dear sir/ madam

I want to apply for EXPRESS ENTRY. And when i am filling online form it wants surname as mandatory field but i dont have surname written on my passport. So can you please help me in filling the form and telling me what to write in place of surname.

I am enclosing the screen shot of the same.

Dear Client,

Please put all of your names in the last/surname field. If an error continues, put an “x” in the first name field.
