Does anybody know can we carry nuts to canada from India ?? If yes do we have to declare it?

Best not to bring nuts. Nuts generally require additional documentation and have a high chance of being confiscated. You can see the full list here.

Yes - you have to declare them if you decide to bring them unless you want to face fines.

Always best to declare any food you bring in from outside Canada. It eliminates any risk of penalties from CBSA and worst case all you end up with is prohibited items being confiscated.
