Hello,
I've applied for my wife's PR. It is being processed at ANKARA VO as she was studying there at the time of application.
We've had a long run of issues relating to her MEDICAL. The first medical was conducted in OCTOBER 2019 in Istanbul IOM
Follow up requested and done in January 2020 in Istanbul
Then she moved back to Pakistan upon completion of her studies.
Got another request for more follow-ups and had the Pakistani Lahore IOM Conduct those tests, but they claim they cannot access her file or previous records, can only submit further testing. Yet they went ahead and did the follow-up XRAY and somehow the Londom MO Is still not satisfied and wants MORE TESTING.
and now Pakistan IOM says they cannot access the file and we have to contact the CIC department to get it scheduled.
Istanbul iom says that they do cases like these all the time, and IOM internally emails CIC to get access for a certain patient but Pakistani IOM insists they cannot do anything about the access and i have to contact CIC (Which I have) and they replied saying that the medicals need to be conducted at the same place where the FIRST MEDICAL was done.
This seems ridiculous that we have to travel back to Istanbul to get SPUTUM Testing done AGAIN.
Any1 with such experience before ?
