FOIA Request Turned up zero records for US Entry Exits - wrong site?

This has to be a mistake, can anyone tell me if I submitted this request to the wrong area. Gave them copies of my Nexus and last two passports, see response:

This is in response to your Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act (FOIA/PA) request received in this
office on December 3, 2019 regarding your Nexus Entry Exits to Canada and the USA Nexus Pass ID
XXXXXXXX and Passport .
We have completed a search of our Central Index System 2 (CIS2) and Person Centric Query Service
(PCQS). No records responsive to your request were located. If you have reason to believe that
responsive records do exist, and you can provide us with additional information, we will conduct another
search. Please forward the additional information to the address listed above and reference the control
number which appears on this correspondence. If, after the second search no responsive records are
located, you will be notified. At that time you may appeal the determination by following the directions
set forth below.

Is their a different website I should be going to besides this one: https://first.uscis.gov/

I dont know about that site but seems to be redirecting to https://myaccount.uscis.gov/ site but i never used myaccount.uscis.gov to get foia records.
So use the regular site which is meant for foia records.
https://foiaonline.gov/foiaonline/action/public/home
Create account. Submit request(include the necessary nexus copy and passport copy before submission). Wait for months to get the records.

Coming to the issue of this thread, i too had the problem of receiving just few records while comparing to expecting 10 times of the records i received. As i know for sure that i had 100z of entries, i went ahead in appealing the request. Then it took another 1-2 months to get response but this time will all records i expected. So go ahead and appeal and you would get all records.

Thinking that sometimes they enter wrong date range or wrong information while searching in hurry or so(i believe) which results in less/no records. So appealing that action would mostly solve it but we just need to wait for 1-2 months extra. I dont see much choice.
