Congratulations prsh_patel

Best of luck. Would you like to give something you did in your case?

1. Did you get your transcripts in universities sealed envelop?
2. Did you keep freeze or maintain your required funds uptill you are asked for medical?
3. How many total points you had in your assessment?

Please reply.

All the best paresh bhai,
I am also flying on 12th march from ahmedabad through Airindia.
what health insurance you purchased?
please let me know from which bank you took TC issued and what they charged for TC.

i come to know one new option is ICICI card with invoice ( with figure of amount loaded on card).
to all please comment on this card (as POF @ POE).

Congrats bnimsin....I've got it issued from American Express through Weizmann forex...i would recommend you not to go for the Card, the withdrawal of fund from overseas will be expensive, apart from that you can not deposit that fund in your bank account....the card is good for the ppl who makes temporary oversea visits.....cards are not useful for the migrants like us...

Airlines reduce the fare by compromising some standards.
Air India is not among top 10 International carriers. He could have chosen Emirates or Turkish Airlines. 1st one is the established name in airlines industry and the latter one is a member of Star Alliance which is known to be best for its standard and it has a direct flight from Istanbul to Toronto.

Thanks Jnathan for ur info . I too believe the same and intend to travel by BA from india to toronto but thought of collecting some info and personal exp of fellow members , if its good ;) Emirates and Turkish Air doesnt have direct flights from india and not so reasonable compared to BA and Jet airways .
I agree with you that if the airline is cheaper , definitely the standards would be low as well. But still i think compared to AI , BA will be much better in service even if the price is same for both...whot say ?
Let me know if you have any personal exp . travelling with Air India . I have never experienced AI.

regards.

Presh bhai.

What is your highest degree?

thanks Singh Sa'ab, i have done it from the hospital located in Navrangpura..i forgot the name, it was Sneh, or Sneha not sure....

Deeaar,

I have flown in Emirates, Qatar, Singapore Airlines, Thai Airways. They all are great.
AI and Jet is like Slums in the Air. you know, smart and clean people live in clean areas.
Direct long flights are not good for health, you'd get Jet Lagged at its top.
BA has older fleet, I'd not fly on a noisy old aircraft. besides there is always a risk of terrorist attack on BA.

You get for what you have paid ! Simple.

hi paresh bhai.....

finally the day has come .......... which u dreamt of ....... to land in paradise, all my best wishes are with u brother.....
have a safe journey and landing.
for me airline doesnt matter... what matters is reaching toronto safely..........and settling there smoothly......

may god bless u and ur small family.......... and be in touch.........

regards,
benjamin

Pareshbhai, Say "bye...bye Vadodara-Gujarat-India..." enjoy your flight for 15hours....!!!! :D
