Flying back to canada after program completion but active visa

My program got completed. I have a valid permit and visa for the next 2 months.
1) I am trying to figure if i can fly back to canada on my active student visa and then apply for pgwp from there and get implied status

2) Or if i can apply pgwp from india and then fly (if i am eligible) and still get implied status.

Please help.

When did you graduate? Permit automatically expires 90 days after graduation.

Graduated on aug 22, 2021. So still have time left with a valid visa.

You have a valid permit so tell them you had to leave the country but are returning to apply for PGWP. Have your vaccination proof and quarantine plan. Entry always is at the discretion of CBSA.
