Hello. I'm planning on converting my Commercial Pilot License in Canada, and getting a Flight Instructor Rating too, but I have a few questions.
1) I heard that the Flight School may be eligible for PGWP but not all the programs are, is that true? How do I know which programs are eligible?
2) The official website says:
To be eligible for a PGWP, you must meet one of these requirements:
3) If I get a PGWP valid for one year, and I work as a Flight Instructor for one year, I can apply for PR and say I worked for a year? Or is it counted as part-time work?
Thanks for your time!

To be eligible for a PGWP, you must meet one of these requirements:
- You’ve completed a flight training course at a Canadian training centre and now have a Canadian commercial pilot’s license, or
- You have or you are in the process of getting an instructor’s rating, and you have a job offer to work as a flight instructor at a flight training centre.
