My fiancé currently holds a PGWP and as for his PR application he has recieved ITA, submitted the documents and biometrics.
I will be landing in Canada on a visitor visa in August. Can I do flagpoling to convert my visitor visa to an open work permit based on my marriage?
Will this affect the PR application which is in progress?
