Flagpoling possible here?

Hi, I was wondering if you think that I'd be okay to try flagpoling with the following documents

- IMM 5710 signed with the job offer number (LMIA exempt)
- nomination letter BC PNP
- Work permit support letter
- job offer
- fee payment receipt from employer
- fee payment receipt from applicant

My 4 years are up in February. I have applied for PR but haven't received an AOR yet. So should I also bring a copy of my PR application, fee payment receipt, delivery notice from purolator to proof that I have applied for PR and I am exempt from the 4-year rule?

so you got the job ID number from the Portal?? since i saw your previous posts , you are waiting for the Job ID number which has to be provided by the employer portal for LMIA exempt candidate.

I am in the same category with you. Please can anyone show where to put job offer number on IMM 5710 form, I cant seem to see any where on the form where the numbers can be written.

You will have a field called as JOB OFFER number: you have to mention your job offer number there. Flag poling is possible but its not guaranteed as always, it depends on the immigration officer present in the border. Before you choose a border call CBSA to check whether the immigration service is available in that border. The CBSA will also advice you its not guaranteed that you will get your work permit. you can tell them you going to give a try due to person reasons.

I flag poled and got my work permit 2 weeks back.
