Flagpoling near kitchener and what documents require?

Dear all,

I am going to receive my copr today and planning to flagpole this week. I would like to get some ideas from seniors about which place is good for landing near kitchener and what are the documents needed to do the landing. I am CEC inland applicant. Please suggest me the place if possible. Thanks.

Niagara borders (Queenston, Peace bridge and rainbow bridge) are the closest. But due to the quota system in place at these borders, I would recommend driving to Windsor or Sarnia for flagpoling.
