Flagpoling for Work Permit- Peace Arch or Point Roberts

Hi All

I need to flagpole to obtain my Work Permit. I wanted to know if I could go to Point Roberts for Flagpoling to get my Work Permit or Peace arch? Kindly advise.Please let me know incase you'll had any issues at either of these or have a preference over the other . Thanks
