Hi Everyone.
My wife has just completed her studies and she wants to apply for PGWP. I'm in Canada too on visitor visa and I want to apply for Spousal open work permit. My wife has a job which falls in NOC B category. At this point we are thinking to get our work permits by flagpoling. If anyone has experience with flagpoling for PGWP and SOWP then I request you to share here.
If it is possible than I would also like to know if I require a valid job offer letter in order to apply for SOWP while flagpoling.
Waiting for your replies guys!

Have a nice weekend!

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Your wife can't flagpole for a PGWP.

If you have a visa-exempt passport or a U.S. visa, once your wife has her PGWP, you could flagpole for a SOWP. You wouldn't need a job offer, you would need the documents listed here:

His wife can't flagpole for her PGWP only if the 90 days have passed since she finished studies or she is in implied status.

I have personally received my PGWP through flagpolling, coming from a visa-exempt country. At the same time, when I got mine, I also applied for my wife's OWP, as I had been working on a skilled job - NOC B.

I don't know the process if you are not from a visa-exempt country, I guess it has to do with the TRV you have, but both of you can get the permits at the same time, if what I mentioned in bold is not the case.
