First of all, thanks to everyone who cleared many of my questions.

Yesterday, I went to the rainbow bridge crossing in order to get my open work permit via flagpoling. This was my 4th attempt trying to flagpole. Whole process took about 4 hours.

I got to the border at 7:30am and the US side held all the flagpoling people at the border till 8am. Once I got to the Canadian side I told the officer the purpose of my visit. He asked if I had all the required documents with me and then gave me the yellow slip.

Once inside, the wait began. When there were about 15 people inside. They turned away all others.
Once the officer called my name, I just presented the following:
Spouse pgwp copy
Spouse passport copy
NOC B job letter
3 pay Stubbs
Marriage certificate

The officer checked my documents and asked when I graduated, to which I replied I did not clear my last semester. Then he asked to pay the fee and do biometrics and the open work permit was issued.
