Flag poling: Wife with US visa, husband without US visa

Hi! We have received our CoPR.

I have a US visa and came back last month after stay with my brother(student) in USA in Dec-March. On the other hand my husband doesn't possess a US visa.

1. Should we go ahead to the US border for flag poling?

2. Someone told us we may be detained/ administrative refusal on my US visa, may pose a problem for me when I am going to visit my brother in future!!! :-X :-X :-X

3. We are yet to receive an intimation from CIC Etobicoke! Would anybody know the wait time for the same?

We would like it get it done asap because of college admissions.

2. Someone told us we may be detained/ administrative refusal on my US visa, may pose a problem for me when I am going to visit my brother in future!!! :-X :-X :-X Absolutely incorrect. There will will no impact/record about your administrative refusal

3. We are yet to receive an intimation from CIC Etobicoke! Would anybody know the wait time for the same? no body knows when the exact time will be. would suggest you to go to border and complete landing
