Hi, I'm going to extend my work permit at flag pole and wondering if I need to pay the $150 processing fee in advance and print the receipt or I can pay at the border. Thank you

You can pay for it at the border, but it's more $255 total right now if I remember correctly.
Also you can't extend BOWP at the border.
