Fixing an account in view of PPR

Please i want to know if i can go ahead and keep my money in fix deposits after submitting my documents in view of PPR. The money has been in my account for months and charges are running on it without addition

I suggest you keep it until the application is approved and CoPR is generated. Then, IRCC will never ask you for POF the way it is until you do your landing.

If you mean you want to convert your savings/checking account to time/fixed deposits, I think it is okay. If they ask for POF again in an ADR, you can show the bank statement showing the movement of money and the receipt of your deposits along with an LOE stating that they can be readily liquidated to cash.
