My wife is trying to submit her application to renew her PR via the online portal. All is good, except... the application form will not save her answers to the questions regarding immigration History and therefore she cannot submit the package online. When she hits the back button those answers remain blank. The screen tells her the application form is incomplete. As it is since the answers don't get saved. Must be an issue with the online system? I've tried to use Safari, Firefox, and Chrome all with the same results.
This seems to be a common problem. Fix: change your answer in residency obligations, add a random comment, then save. Now go back and delete. Issue solved!!
I called IRCC before I discovered this solution on a different chat room and they said they didn't know what to do...
