Hi Guys,
Please help!
Sorry for my bad English, but I'm a little confused about the 5 year eligibility period.
I came to Canada on December 27th, 2017 as a visitor. I became PR on June 28, 2019.
I got my Open work permit in 2018, October and before that, I was staying in Canada as a visitor (with visa extension approved) until my Open Work Permit was approved.
Now I'm applying for Citizenship online on April 17, 2023.
According to the eligibility calculator, Total physical presence credits are 1513.5 which is more than required.
My question is, since I stayed in Canada for more than 5 years, do I need to provide any stay outside Canada, (keep in mind I never left Canada), like my home address, or should I only
put my 5-year stay in Canada in the citizenship application?
thank you,
Hopeful Citizen
