Hi guys! i'm 21 from philippines, currently unemployed, not enrolled and its been 3 yrs since i've finished my healthcare vocational course. I just got my passport and i'm planning to get a tourist visa in canada, i have a brother who have a permanent resident visa in canada and recently he have sponsored all his family member to live there and likely want to sponsor my trip .. is there any chance for me to get a visa? And if not what steps should i do for me to have a stronger chance to get a visa?

From what you've written here, you have very few ties to the Philippines and family in Canada. Without ties to your home country - solid reasons why you would return to the Philippines and not stay with your family in Canada - you don't have good chances to get a visa to Canada.

What can you do? Think of reasons why you must return to the Philippines. You need ties. Things like a job, family you care for, obligations over property you own, etc., are all reasons to return home.

You also need enough funds to cover your trip, and have enough income to not make it look like a short trip to Canada is a huge amount of your income. If you have no income, how will you pay for your expenses? An invitation letter from family doesn't cover the requirement that you actually be able to financially pay for your trip.

A big issue is that you have your family in Canada, no job or ties back home.
