First time visit help plz

hy i am from bangladesh and want to visit my mother and sister who are canadian citizens. My brother in law will sponsor my tour and he will send me invitation letter.
My question is how will he send me the invitation letter? will he send a scan copy of the invitation letter and other documents via email? or he have to sent me all these documents via post?

Scanning photo for invitation letters print it with colors and attaches the scaning passports for your relatives also and better to go to canada application center vsfglobal in your country and take every information for your application from them they will give you benefit advices
