First time SuperVisa applicant for mother currently on visitor status

Hi, Currently my mom is on a visitor status in Canada which will be expired after 5 month and she's never been on Super visa status before. However, I'd like to apply a SuperVisa for her while she is here in Canada. Can I proceed this and submit my application to Case Processing Centre in Vegreville, Alberta?
