first time refused 2nd time applied

Hello, My first student visa was refused due to a low PTE score 58 according to the GCMS note and now I applied with a 62 PTE score for the September 2024 intake. So what is the chance of my visa because I have less time for my visa. I am from India and my college is Conestoga and my course belongs to health and sciences.

Was that the only reason for refusal? Usually there are more reasons than language score. You had PAL to reapply. If you just reapplied you may have to defer. No one can tell you chances.

How can you sure about that your visa has been rejected due to PTE low score?
1. Did you apply SDS or non-SDS
2. on which website did you apply IRCC secure or IRCC portal [ just for information purpose]
3. GIC is provided?
4. Did you paid 1st year tuition fee?
