First time PR card not received. Help needed.

Hello,

I did my entry on 26th of July with my wife and daughter. Then I moved out of the country for a while and gave an address of a friend for PR card delivery. The CIC portal says that case was approved on 2018/Sep/11. I should have received the PR cards by now but my friend hasn't received them.

Can someone please help me in answering these questions:
1. If the PR cards are received with my name on the envelope or do they have no name on the envelope?
2. Will all PR cards come in one envelope?

OMG. i live in USA and planning to do the same as well.hope you get the cards asap. may be you should call and let them know the card is missing and they will suggest a route out of it. also, there is some application you can go for...which is equivalent to PR card to enter canada.Keep me posted please...

Thanks for the support. I have been trying to call them but it just cuts the call saying "the queue is too long, please try later"

it works..exactly the way i posted. i dial that number from USA as well. i live in usa too.
