Hi ,

I need some information about the city one can land into for the first time coming to Canada, for someone with Express entry PR.

In COPR, the city of destination is mentioned as Toronto. Is it mandatory for someone to land in Toronto or can land in to any city as in mentioned Province in this case : COPR mentions Toronto and the person looking to land into Ottawa. Is it OK? to land in to a different city than Toronto ?

-Thanks :)

if you're not on PNP, then except Quebec, yes you can land anywhere. be prepared to have a good reason why though for your immigration officials

In my COPR, my city of destination is Guelph. This is in Ontario province. So technically me landing at Toronto won't make much fuss..right?

OP doesn't need any reason why. There is no requirement to land in the city stated on the COPR and CBSA doesn't care.
