First time applying

In the process of applying for CA visa. Just going for 1 week for my 30th bday. Invited by a family friend who will be taking care of.my expenses. Not that I couldn't finance it myself, but they insisted they pay as it's bday gift. Im the owner of a business, land, I work and have travelled before to a visa required country in the Caribbean. Absolutely have no ties to CA all my family, bf are in my home country. Is this good enough? CA visa seems very hard to get.

As long as you can convince the immigration officer that you have ties—such as a job, home, financial assets or family—that will take you back to your home country and you have enough money in the bank and to spend for your stated purpose in going to Canada then it should be fine.
