Hello everyone, good day to all of you. As the title says this is my first time applying for a study permit. I'm trying to study Bachelor of science. I have no backlogs or gap years, I believe my academic profile is strong, and I have more than enough funds. However, I'm worried about one thing. I'm not living in my home country, and it has been this way most of my life. My family does own things back in my home country but I've lived in a different country for the majority of my life. What can I say in my letter of explanation to strengthen my approval chances? Do I even need one, because I've read that generally high school graduates don't need it. What are some mistakes that first timers regularly make? Thank you for reading and I'd be grateful for helpful answers.
