It has been more than 9 months and i have not recieved my first PR card. On calling IRCC, i was told that they can see my application and it has been in progress since march but no update.
Can any one by experience tell me if it is ok to reapply or my first PR card by paying the fees. As per the guidelines i read that you can apply if you havent recieved your PR card in 180 days after landing.
