Hi
My immigration request as Federal skilled worker for Ontario has been accepted and I will be landing in Toronto in June 2013. My brother is leaving in Montreal, My question is;I applied for Toronto and My landing port is Toronto can I give my brother's address in Montreal for my PR card because I intend to get my PR card and get back to my country and return later.
many thanks for any assistance

I don't think this is a good idea. The officer may suspect that you are planning to relocate to Montreal immediately - which technically isn't allowed since you applied through FSW. You should provide an Ontario address to avoid any chance that you could be refused landing.

Agreed. Don't try to give a Montreal address when you land. If you don't have an address, just tell them you don't have one yet and give it later when you have arranged one.
