First name vs Full name

Hi team,
My Full name is Vijay Kumar Thota, but in my IELTS and bank statements, it is mentioned as Vijay Thota while in other documents including passport, it is mentioned as Vijay Kumar Thota. Will this be a problem? Do I need to mention Vijay Thota as an alias name in my PR application? Pleas help. Thanks
