First Masters in US and Second in Canada?

Hi everyone

I have a question. I did my first master's in CS from a university in the US. However, I wish to do a second master's from Canada.

I am an international student currently in the US on a temporary work permit. Can I go start to Canada from here again on a student visa? i.e. I am on a student visa here in the US and then want to go straight to Canada from here.

I got acceptance letters from few schools. Now do I need to go back to India for the visa stamping ? Or can I get it done from the Canadian embassy here in the US?

I am somewhere in the similar situation. I already have a masters degree from US and i am working in India. I have applied to few universities in Canada for next year. I would like to know when you applied for the student visa for your second masters, what was your experience. When you applied for student visa have you received it in one go or was there any question that VO raised in this case. Please share your views, it may will help me to file my application for visa later.
