I recently received my COPR, which is super exciting. I am planning to drive up from the US in January to make a soft landing.
It would be great if I can go to a port of entry in Quebec because it is the closest to me, but according to this thread (https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/landing-in-canada-all-you-need-to-know.36735/), Quebec is tricky.
So I will be driving through Toronto. My question is: can I still provide a friend's address that is in Montreal, Quebec? Or the address has to be in the same state where I first land?
