Hey everyone,

I sent my common law outland application to Mississauga on the 14th November and as yet, haven't heard anything back. I just wondered how long it takes before CIC notify me that they received the application and have begun processing (if at all)?

It takes couple of weeks, you may see the country specific case processing time for stage 1 from CIC website

You may get an Aor but not always that they received your application. As of now i think it is 44 days until sponsorship . If you go on the CIC website you can find out which dates they are processing.
