Hi Guys, I am just confused my language ability assessment for the first and second language. Am I going to asess myself for first and second language or I need to pick one? They are totally similar. I am working in USA since 2006. Please help me to give score myself for the first and second language. Do I still need to take IELtS. Thank you Im applying for Manitoba PNP
