if someone "s employer fire him for work and tell to CIC he is fire from work . so they will cancel the permanent residence file if file is under processing.
 
We apply once we meet the CEC requirement, that we worked for two years in Canada.

So, I guess , it doesn't impact. and even if the employer fires, and call CIC, I hope, it will not be considered as a valid info, to reject the application.

No, not in the CEC program. It is not employer sponsored.

you dont' have to be employed when you apply. the only thing that matters is that you have the relevant experience by the time you apply. after that, it doesn't matter.
