Finishing Up Application - Few questions

Hi everyone!

My wife and I are just finishing up her application for PR. We are both living in Korea right now and I am a Canadian citizen. We just have a couple of questions before we send off the application.

In regards to documents that need to be translated I was wondering on a few things:
We are hiring a translator to translate documents from Korean to English and then we will get them notarized here in Korea. But I was wondering if we need a few things translated:
I included both of our Korean ID cards in the application, they list our address on them as being the same so I wanted to use these as proof we live together. Do I need to pay and have them notarized for translation?
I also included our utilities bill, it has both of our names on it in English but everything else is in Korean. Does this also need to be translated or would a short explanation be okay?

I am currently working as an English teacher here at a public school, I included my 2016 notice of assessment from my work in Canada for proof on income but it also requests a letter from my employer. Where I am not working in Canada right now do I still need to request this from my Korean employer?

I printed off photos of us on regular A4 paper is this okay? Or does it need to be on photo paper? Also I wrote the description on the front, I know the guide says to write on the back but there was space on the front and I just started writing there before I realized. Does this info need to be on the back or is on white space on the front okay?

I also included a recent statement from our Canadian bank account. We have a joint account in Canada with money in it but we don't use it as we are in Korea. Is this okay?

I have letters from friends and family stating that they met my wife and that our relationship is genuine. I have about 8 letters, is this okay and should I include them all? They didn't need to be notarized did they?

Translations: We only had the required documents officially translated, anything additional that we sent in was translated by my husband (texts, emails, letters from family/friends, etc.)

Employment letter: The package (old) didn't request a letter from my employer (I'm also working abroad and have no current Canadian employer), but I had my Brazilian employer write me a letter about my salary, how long I've worked here, and I had her state that she has been aware of my intention to return to Canada since I started working for her and that she knows I'll resign when my husband received his PR. - I recommend you do the same if you're living abroad because you will have to prove your intention to return to Canada with or before your spouse lands.

Photos: We printed our photos on A4 (2-3 per page) with the date, who's in the picture, and a brief description of the event it was taken at written beside the picture. We used a regular table to organize it all.

Banking: The joint account in Canada is good proof of genuine relationship, even if it's not used often. You don't have to show the activity, just that it's in both your names.

Letters: We had a lot of letters and we included all of them - none of them were notarized, all the translations were done by us. 8 sounds like a good number to me. Since I'm living abroad with my husband and don't have a job offer or property in Canada to prove my intention to return, my family/friends also wrote in their letters that they knew I was returning with my husband and how they were willing to help us reestablish ourselves there (place to stay, car to use, financial help if necessary, etc.)

Congrats on being nearly done! Soon the hard part begins; waiting!

I'll probably have a few more questions before we send out the package. I'm going to write out a letter detailing our relationship as well what our plans are for the future. I will ask my employer for a letter although I just started working here so I hope they are okay with it. Korean employers can not be very good sometimes.
