Hi. I’m new to this forum. We applied for our citizenship a few months ago and are currently out of the country. Can anyone kindly let me know the mode of communication for finger prints request? Do they send it through regular mail or email or both? Thanks.

Regular mail. However, an entry will appear on ecas when they request something but without any details. so you need to get the mail to know what was requested.
