Fingerprints Sent by RCMP not received by IRCC

My timelines below:

AOR: 30 May
Fingerprints email: 26 June
Fingerprints submitted : 26 June
RCMP sent fingerprints: 30 June
Test invite: 14
Test complete : 24 July

As per RCMP they have sent the fingerprints on June 30. As Per IRCC they have not received the fingerprints yet. I have no idea how to navigate this.

Anyone with similar situation?
