Fingerprints Report from RCMP to CHC

Hi all,

My husband got his fingerprints done electronically from canada on 14th August ( as requested By CHC new delhi) and as per RCMP, the report was completed on Sept 8th. My question is that how will RCMP send the report to CHC, is it done electronically or will then send it Via regular mail, Does anyone know how long it takes for CHC to receive the report.

The results should come to you and then you send them to Delhi.

Actually thats not the case, as i got an e-mail from RCMP stating that the results will be sent to CHC new delhi because thats wat I had asked for at the time I submitted my application through the agency in Toronto.

Also, at the time my husband got his fingerprints taken, He was not given an option to have the report sent to him. he was told that if its for immigration purposes then the report will be sent directly to the Visa office.

I hope things are in place, Cant afford another delay...

Hey All,

quick Question for you...

Is fingerprints request the last step in the process before the passport request? specially for New delhi CHC. if so, then may be someone can tell me from their experience as to how long does it take for them to send a passport request after they recieve the fingerprints report
