fingerprints not clear.

Hello everyone,

I'm FSW-O and my AOR is April 2nd. I gave my biometrics on July 22nd and my profile had the biometrics id. However, In the application status, the biometrics still not shows we need your fingerprints. I got my GCMS last month which said my fingerprints are not clear. I wonder if that means I need to give biometrics again? But I haven't got any updates from the IRCC.

Thank you for your reply .. what's the status of your PR application . Did you pass all the stages ? I see your AOR is in April so hopefully anytime soon ... I am wondering at what stage can ircc ask for biometrics again if this one did not suffices their requirements

I am having the same issue. It would be helpful if you could mentioned what happened to your case and how the issue was resolved

They never came back with any query . was accepted as it was. PR approved . Hope it goes well for you as well
